THE 144TH KENTUCKY DERBY & THE HORSE'S TREASURE

I don't typically follow Horse Racing but do take an interest in it from time to time due Thea's (Patrizia Norelli-Bachelet's) work with Horses. Horse Racing was an integral part of her Yoga. She raised horses at Aeon Centre of Cosmology (a.k.a. Skambha) and raced them in Bangalore and Mysore. The last time I saw her was at her Racing Club in Mysore. Various details of the 144th Kentucky Derby caught my attention in relation to what I have learned from Thea about Vedic Cosmology and the Vedic symbol of the Horse, and what I have recently discovered and published in 'Geometric Keys of Vedic Widsom' (Jan 2018) about the Vedic Victory.

For one, 144 years is the time span (12 x 12 years) between Sri Aurobindo's birth in 1872 and Thea's passing in 2016, whereupon I received a downpour or release of Gnosis regarding the Geometric and Zodiacal keys of the Vedic Victory, which is symbolized in the Rig Veda by descending rivers, rains or floods of purifying waters of eternal truth.* So when I saw that the 144th Kentucky Derby was taking place in the midst of record rains and flash flood warnings, I was intrigued. I did not know that Justify would be posted in the 7th gate or that his rider was 52 (i.e. in a 7 power year). If I had, I would have placed a bet on this Horse.

In my book, I discuss the Hero-Horse or War Horse of the Rig Veda as a symbol of the radius of Sagittarius, seated within the 7th Vesica Piscis of the Zodiac. The arc of this Horse's radius stretches from the 7th Sign of Libra to the 11th sign of Aquarius, which is depicted in the Rig Veda as a Horse galloping to Victory, whereupon the rivers, waters or rains of Truth-Consciousness are released upon humanity from their cave, jar (kumbha) or holding place. That 7th arc of the Vesica Piscis through the circle is called by many names, including the 'Stallion's Flood'.

After watching the race, I read the news that the winning horse Justify broke a 136 year 'curse' by becoming the first 3-year-old to win the Kentucky Derby without first racing as a 2-year-old. I learned that ALL the horses in the Kentucky Derby are 3-year-olds and that the Kentucky Derby is the 'first leg' of the American Triple Crown, the second leg being the Preakness Stakes, followed by the Belmont Stakes. I knew about the Triple Crown, I just did not know all the horses are 3-year-olds, and I had never really thought about the Triple Crown of Horse Racing as a symbol of the ancient Trinity of the Vedic Rishis. In my last YouTube video entitled 'The Divine Trinity' (posted 28 April 2018) I spent quite a bit of time attempting to impress upon viewers the how the three 'legs' or arcs of the Vesica Piscis in the Circle, establish the basis of our world's Divine Trinity and the basis of our 9 (3 x 3) number system. I demonstrate that the Divine Trinity (or 'Triple Crown') of our 9 number system consists of the 3, 6 and 9, which are all born or marked out by the Radius, known as the sublime Hero and Hidden One (1) of the Rig Veda, often depicted as a Horse.

THE MEASURE AND TREASURE OF THE HERO-HORSE

In 'The Divine Trinity' and in my book, I demonstrated how this eternal 1 is connected to the sacred measure of 432,000 which is simultaneously the measure of the Sun's radius, the measure of the Kali Yuga, and the number of syllables said to make up the Rig Veda. With this in mind, the most striking bit of news about Justify's winning of the 144th Kentucky Derby is that the treasure won by he and his team, was $1,432,000.

432,000" (or seconds of degrees of arc) is precisely the measure of the Vesica Piscis which the Radius (the 'Hidden One or 1) marks out in the circle, equivalent to one-third (or one of 3 legs) of the 360° circle.

360°  3 = 120°   =   120° x 60' x 60" = 432,000"

432,000 is simultaneously the MEASURE and TREASURE of the Vedic Hero. It is a measure and treasure of Ancient Gnosis that has been lost upon humanity for several millennia and was re-discovered in conjunction with the 144th birth anniversary of Sri Aurobindo who considered it his mission to restore the Lost Truth (or Secret) of the Veda. In my view, it is astounding to see this figure in the 1,000,000 + 432,000 winnings of the 1st 'leg' of the Triple Crown. It is worth noting here that the sacred number 144 also happens to be one-third of 432. Both numbers reduce by Theosophical Addition to 9. It is possible that only those familiar with Thea's yoga and the discoveries I have presented in my book and in my latest video will be able to fully appreciate the special-nature of how the 144th Kentucky Derby unfolded.

When I was writing 'Geometric Keys of Vedic Wisdom' (2016-17), I spent a fair amount of time in a Supramental state wherein the ALL occurred as a cohesive, steady-state of COINCIDING Wholeness. The difference between that Supramental state of consciousness and normal (mental) consciousness is like the difference of being blocked by solid walls or being able to see and walk through them entirely. When the walls of the mind's limitations, no longer obstruct one's vision, one sees how the circumstances of one's life and in the collective play, are all an unfolding oneness, wherein only ONE thing is happening throughout the MANY circumstances of our lives. One SEES through to THAT ONE, that CORE of Being.

Another way of putting this is that when one enters into the field of the Supramental Yoga or Supramental Consciousness, it becomes apparent that ALL of life's circumstances are COINCIDING regardless of the fragmented Egoic-Mental Consciousness's incapacity to see or experience this Oneness. In truth there are no ISOLATED coincidences (or synchronicities) in our unified field of Time and Space, the state of COINCIDENCE is constant and all-encompassing. In our Mental consciousness we sometimes witness occasional glimpses of this underlying reality, via certain remarkable intersections of events in Time and Space, which we label as a 'coincidence'. These remarkable coincidences can serve an important purpose when they remind us that there is more to our Reality than meets the Eye. Eventually, however, these individual coincidences need to be seen in terms of the larger totality of our Being in which ALL is COINCIDING towards the same Birth of our Truth-Consciousness.

When one begins to experience some degree of Supramental realization, that which manifests is not experienced as an illusion, but as more real. One begins to see (via direct experience) that there is no separation between material circumstances and the Divine Truth and Soul of Existence. Thus the many events and symbols of our life's circumstances become progressively un-random as one progresses in the Supramental Yoga. OUTER circumstances become more synchronized with the INNER Truth of the Soul. Thea wrote much about this process of Supramental realization in her various writings, including in a series titled 'Animals in the Emerging Cosmos' (August,1988).
'My work with the Veda has served to confirm Sri Aurobindo’s exposition and to carry the discussion from the realm of enlightened analysis into the dimension of the lived experience and practice of the supramental yoga. For it is in the supramental yoga that the truth of the Veda manifests conclusively, inasmuch as it is this revolutionary yoga that ‘puts each thing in its right place’, and by consequence that renders the symbol the thing symbolised. The supramental yoga closes the gulf in human consciousness which produces a divisive perception of reality. When the chasm is bridged [‘symbols’] provide an impeccable means to enhance our appreciation of the oneness of material creation ... [and] to cease engaging in one of the most damaging activities to which seekers and even realisers of Truth are prone. This is to demand that the ‘spiritual’ experience be separated from the lived experience of life in the universe as we know it.' - Thea
Thea's yoga with the Vedic symbol of the Horse was a spontaneous expression of how the truth of her being expressed itself in her life. More on her relationship and work with the Horse can be found in an announcement she wrote on the December Solstice of 1990, titled 'Cow and Horse as Vedic Symbols'.

*The Appendix of my book demonstrates this 144 year time span (from 1872-2016) as a complete 360° cycle, marking out the geometry and timing of important events related to the Supramental Yoga.
